The food is so well priced but also top quality and sensational tasting. We have been to the restaurant over many years and it has never disappointed. There is something for everyone on the menu. The motto of the staff is “if you happy we happy”. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough for the food, service and atmosphere.

I love Kim Khanhs, been going there for years. Awesome Vietnamese food! My favourite is the rice paper rolls you roll yourself and their spring rolls, so fresh and tasty! Everything I've had there has been delicious, both the Chinese and Vietnamese dishes. Sometimes picking up takeaway can be a bit of a wait but it's always worth it!

Edit: New rating 4.6. I've eaten here again several times, for dinner, lunch and take away. The pho has been consistently very good, better than the first time. The entrées are still good. Some of the other rice and noodle dishes were okay. Service is usually prompt. Original: Rated 4.5. The pho was pretty good and I enjoyed the mixed entrée. I plan to come back again.

Been coming here since early 90s. Boss man is a funny and happy guy. Great service food and atmosphere as always. Great range of dishes and parking isn't bad either. Highly recommend.

Food was great but the place cannot cope with a full house. Waited over 1hr for takeaway. Asked staff several times for update and not a single one got back to me. Uber drivers standing around for hours. Wait staff are all kids and were congregating in the kitchen chatting while outside was a complete shambles. A few tables were charged for items they didn't order. Great food, just don't go if you want it in a timely manner.
